Present performance levels have demonstrated that offshore processing can provide our client with savings of 20-40% plus fast turnaround, accuracy and security.
Southport’s offshore data entry facilities are located in The Philippines and Jamaica, W.I. Most of the data entry is done directly from images rather than paper. Documents are scanned locally and the images are transmitted to the offshore facility for text and image conversion. Transmission is facilitated by a dedicated, high speed Communication Network between Canada or The United States and the offshore site.
